I already had my blog posts for this week planned out, but I just made the most delicious smoothie, and I decided that this needed to be shared STAT. I can’t deprive the world of such goodness :p

It’s full of super awesome dessert inspired recipes- things like Mint Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Carrot Cake, and Pumpkin Latte. They’re all healthy, vegan, gluten free, and sugar free, and they taste like my favourite desserts.
Last Fall, Jenny from Healthy Crush, put out a Cinnamon Toast Crunch Smoothie that I was pretty in love with. I decided to make one for my eBook because it was my favourite cereal growing up (my Mom wouldn’t buy it for us, but I had my ways…).
Cinnamon Toast Crunch Smoothie
2 bananas (frozen)
4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
½ cup almond milk
½ cup coconut water
Blend and enjoy
